What is the age limit to attend Life in Color Miami?
You must turn 16 by January 14th, 2018 to attend. If you turn 16 the day after the festival, you will not be allowed in. No one can be escorted in by someone of age.
Do I need an ID to enter the festival?
All attendees need a valid (not expired), government issued form of identification to enter. This includes: state issued ID, driver’s license, or passport. We also accept temporary IDs, military IDs, or driver’s permits that feature BOTH a date of birth AND your picture. We do NOT accept birth certificates, expired IDs, school IDs, or copies/pictures of IDs. If you need to, in most states you can visit your local DMV and receive a state ID same day.
What time does the festival start?
Life in Color Miami 2018 will start at 4:00 PM and end at 12:00 AM.
Will I be able to enter the festival anytime?
Access to Life in Color Miami is only permitted when the doors open at 4:00 PM and will close 30 minutes before the end of the festival (11:30 PM). THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RE-ENTRY.
Will tickets be sold at the Box Office?
Tickets are primarily sold online at http://www.licmiami.com/tickets and through official LIC outlets. Tickets will be sold day of the show at the Box Office, subject to availability.
Where is the Box Office located?
The location of the box office will be announced at a later date. Please check back for updates to these FAQs or email contact@lifeincolor.com.
Does my name have to match the name on the ticket?
No it does not.
I won a ticket, can you please give me another one for my friend?
If you won one ticket then you will receive one ticket. You can always purchase additional tickets at www.LICMiami.com/Tickets.
I bought a General Admission ticket, can I upgrade to VIP, Survivor, or Paint + Express?
Yes! Call (646) 741-0139 between 9AM and 5PM EST Monday through Friday or contact PayLogic at https://customerservice.paylogic.com/ for assistance.
When will I get my Survivor Pack Items?
You can pick up your Survivor Pack once inside the festival. Please look for the sign that says: “Survivor Station”.
What do I wear?
We encourage all LIC fans to dress in all white! You can purchase official LIC swag at our online store: https://lic-merch.myshopify.com/. We also encourage fans to safeguard their belongings by renting a locker at the event or storing their valuables in a ziplock back.
Will the paint wash out?
Our paint is water based, latex-free, odorless, light on the skin, and will wash off. Please note however, that it may not fully come out of certain type of fabric/clothes. Make sure you wear something that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.
Can I bring my own paint?
Unfortunately, we do not allow you to bring your own paint. Paint bottles can be purchased at the paint booth inside of the festival. Look for the sign that says: “Paint Station”.
Can I bring snacks or drinks in with me?
No outside food or beverages are allowed. There will be food and beverages available for purchase inside the event.
Are bags or camelbaks/hydration packs allowed?
Yes to fanny packs, cinch packs (drawstring bags), and all camelbacks/hydration packs must be empty upon entry.
NO MULTI-POCKETED BACKPACKS LARGER THAN 21” X 10” x 14"
Can I bring a Totem, LED gloves, Hoops, LED Wand, Poi, etc?
LED gloves, LED Wands, and Hula Hoops are allowed in, but Poi unfortunately is not allowed.
Please see our Totem restrictions below:
-Must not be taller than 10’
-Must be constructed with lightweight material (no metal material)
-Totem “pole” must not be more than 1” in diameter

I love taking pictures, can I bring my camera?
Professional cameras are not allowed into the festival. Small point and shoot cameras (no interchangeable lenses) are allowed. Go Pros are also okay. Please note, we are not liable for any damage done to your camera at our events! You will get covered in paint!
When are you going to upload the photos/videos?
We do our best to get the festival photos and videos available as soon as possible on our website and social media. Please follow us on social media @LICTour so you can see them as soon as they’re released!
Will there be parking?
Street parking and private parking lots are available all around the festival site. We encourage you to find an alternate method of transportation (ride-share apps, public transportation, or getting dropped off) to avoid traffic and looking for parking.
Will you be posting set times?
Set times will be released closer to the date of the festival. Please stay tuned on our social media @LICtour so that you never miss an announcement!
Will the show get canceled if it rains?
All of our shows are rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we will notify our fans. Please follow us on social media @LICtour so that you never miss an announcement!
Can I pass out flyers at LIC?
